How do I change my booking dates?

Go to Dashboard → Bookings, click your booking, choose "Change dates". Free change up to 48h before check-in for most properties.

When will I get my refund for a cancelled booking?

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Cards issued outside EU: up to 10 days.

Can I book an airport transfer?

Yes — during checkout in the "Add-ons" section, or post-booking in the booking detail page. Larnaca → Limassol: ~€45 (up to 4 pax).

Are properties available in English?

Every property declares which languages they speak. If your language isn't supported, we auto-translate messages — guest writes in their language, property sees the translation with "show original" toggle.

How does card pre-authorization work?

For request-to-book listings with guarantee, we hold funds on your card without charging until the property accepts (max 24h). If they decline or time out, funds release in 1–7 business days.
