Account & Data Deletion
You may at any time request deletion of your account and all personal data from CyprusBooker.com. There are two methods — pick the one you prefer.
Method 1 — automated (recommended)
1 Sign in: cyprusbooker.com/login.php
2 Open Dashboard → Settings
3 At the bottom — section "Danger zone" — click "Delete account".
4 Confirm by entering your password and clicking "Delete permanently". Your account enters soft-delete — you have 90 days to undo (signing back in restores the account).
5 After 90 days the data is permanently erased: account, sessions, OAuth, favourites, login history, watchlists.
Method 2 — by e-mail
- Send an e-mail from the address used to register, to privacy@cyprusbooker.com.
- Subject:
Account deletion request — GDPR Art. 17 - Body: account e-mail + optional reason.
- We verify your identity with a code sent to your e-mail.
- After verification — deletion within 30 calendar days.
What remains after account deletion
Some data must be retained for legal reasons:
- Invoices and booking confirmations — 5 years (CY/EU tax law).
- Anti-fraud logs — 12 months in pseudonymised form (hash).
- Complaint correspondence — 36 months (limitation of claims).
Everything else — login data (e-mail, password, OAuth IDs), name, phone, preferences, favourites, sessions, analytics — is permanently erased within 90 days.
Disconnect OAuth (Google / Facebook / LinkedIn)
To disconnect OAuth without deleting the account:
- Sign in and open Account settings.
- "Connected accounts" → "Disconnect" next to the provider.

Data export before deletion (GDPR Art. 20)
You may request a JSON copy of your data. E-mail privacy@cyprusbooker.com with subject Data export — GDPR Art. 20. We deliver within 30 days.
