For most EU/UK couples: passports + Certificate of No Impediment (from your home registry, valid 3 months) + birth certificates with apostille + (if previously married) divorce decree. We prepare the full pack for you — that's our biggest strength.
Minimum is 3 days (Paphos Town Hall — fastest in Europe!). Optimal planning is 10–12 months, which gives you room to pick the best vendors and the most desirable dates (June–September is peak season). For 5★ hotel weddings we recommend booking 14 months ahead.
Yes, it is fully legally binding. Cyprus is in the EU and the Hague Convention (apostille) applies. After the wedding you receive a marriage certificate with apostille — register it at home and within a week it's in your national records. We arrange everything.
Cyprus has 340 sunny days a year — but we always prepare a Plan B. Every outdoor venue has an indoor backup (marquee, hotel ballroom). We make the call 4h before the ceremony, free of charge.
Standard: 25% on contract signing (booking), 50% three months before the wedding, 25% a week before. For the Premium package we can split into 10 smaller instalments. We accept transfers, cards and settle in EUR, GBP, PLN.
Yes! We organise a free venue-touring weekend — you fly in for 3 days, we tour 5 venues from your shortlist, meet the whole team, taste the menu. Cost: only flight and hotel (we can help book at a discount).
No. We organise weddings in EN / PL / DE / GR / RU / UA. The wedding can be in any of these languages or mixed — e.g. ceremony in English and Polish, with an interpreter for international guests.
