Kings Avenue Mall Paphos

Kings Avenue Mall sits on Apostolou Pavlou Avenue, the main road connecting Paphos old town with Kato Paphos and the harbour, around 3 km north of the seafront. It opened in 2017 as the Pafos region's principal shopping mall, with around 120 stores, a multiplex cinema (8 screens), an extensive food court and casual restaurants, a children's play area, and a substantial supermarket. It is the all-weather family destination of the Pafos coast and a useful option on hot summer afternoons or rare wet winter days.

The retail mix is the standard international-mall combination. Anchor stores include H&M, Marks & Spencer, Public (the Greek electronics chain), Lidl supermarket, and Sephora. Fashion brands cover the standard high-street range (Zara, Bershka, Pull & Bear, Mango, Tommy Hilfiger). Cypriot and local brands are a smaller portion. The food court has the international fast-food chains plus a few Cypriot-specific options including a halloumi-grill kiosk and a Greek-style gyros place.

The cinema multiplex shows current releases in English with Greek subtitles (typical for Cyprus) — useful for visitors who want a movie evening, particularly in cooler weather or after a beach day. There is a small children's play area on the upper floor.

Insider tips. Saturday afternoon is busiest; weekday mornings and afternoons are calmer. The food court is useful for travelling families with picky eaters. Free parking.
