Can I cancel a reservation?
Yes — per the property's cancellation policy (flexible/moderate/strict). Details are saved in the voucher and visible in your dashboard. Most properties offer free cancellation at least 24h before arrival.
Do I need a credit card?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Some properties also offer pay-at-property (cash).
Payments
What currency are charges in?
All charges are in EUR. You can switch the display to PLN, USD, GBP, CHF or others — the actual charge is always in EUR at ECB daily rate.
Is my card data secure?
Yes. Payments are handled by Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1). We never see or store card numbers. You save a card to your account only if you opt in.
Cyprus stay
Do I need a visa?
Cyprus is in the EU — EU citizens enter on ID. Others should check visa requirements on the Cyprus Embassy website. Cyprus is not in the Schengen area.
What currency should I bring?
Euro (€). ATMs everywhere, cards widely accepted.
Which side of the road?
Left-hand drive (like the UK). First 2-3 hours stressful — then fine.

How do I list a property?
Register as a partner, add a property through the 6-step wizard (type → basic info → rooms/units → amenities → photos → policy). We activate within 24h after KYC verification.
What is the commission?
Standard 10% — lower than most global OTAs. No monthly fees.
