„Der Golf ist ein zuverlässiges Auto für die Rundfahrt durch Paphos und zu den antiken Stätten. Die Klimaanlage war notwendig bei der Hitze. Allerdings war der Mietpreis deutlich höher als bei lokalen Anbietern, und der Wagen zeigte bereits Verschleißerscheinungen. Für die gemütlichen Fahrten zu den Tavernas in den Bergen war das Auto ausreichend, aber nicht das beste Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis."
