CyprusBooker.com is the first booking platform built exclusively for Cyprus — covering hotels, villas, apartments, car and scooter rentals, excursions, water sports, boat trips, restaurant reservations, guided tours and taxi transfers, all in one place, in five languages: English, Polish, German, Greek and Russian.
The platform charges a flat 10% commission on every completed booking, with no listing fees, no monthly costs and no long-term contracts. Invoices are issued automatically each month by Cyprus Booker LTD, a registered Cypriot company.
Businesses can join CyprusBooker through one of three cooperation models. The first model is full platform management — the property owner registers on CyprusBooker, adds their listings, sets prices and availability, and manages all bookings directly through our panel. This model is available for every service category on the platform.
The second model is calendar synchronisation via the iCal format — the same standard used by Airbnb, Booking.com and Google Calendar. Availability is automatically synchronised in both directions, eliminating the risk of double-bookings for operators who already use another system.
The third model is full API integration with an existing channel manager or central reservation system (CRS). This applies exclusively to accommodation providers — hotels, resorts and aparthotels that distribute inventory across multiple platforms simultaneously.
All non-accommodation services — car rentals, excursions, water sports, restaurant reservations, boat trips, guided tours, taxis and transfers — are managed solely through the CyprusBooker platform panel. There is no external channel integration for these categories.
All property descriptions are automatically translated into all five platform languages using a locally hosted AI model. Messages between guests and property owners are translated in real time, removing language barriers without any manual effort from either side.
CyprusBooker also offers a Language Guarantee — a verified badge on listings confirming that staff speak a specific language, a feature no global platform provides. The platform covers all regions of the Republic of Cyprus: Limassol, Paphos, Larnaca, Ayia Napa, Protaras, Nicosia, Troodos, Polis and the Famagusta area.
